Grainne's career in law started at a young age, from working in the legal sector for over 4 years, since leaving Secondary School.​

Grainne has gained top class qualifications in Business and is now set to apply her substantial talents in our Business management, alongside Tina and Marketing.

Grainne is a seasoned professional with a passion for bridging the worlds of Law and Business. As one of the Directors and Head of Marketing and Business at Rands Solicitors, Grainne spearheads strategic initiatives to elevate the firm’s brand presence, expand client outreach, and drive revenue growth.

Throughout Grainne's career, Grainne has demonstrated a knack for identifying emerging market trends and leveraging them to the firm’s advantage.

Grainne is responsible for the firm’s day to day management assisted by the management and administration team. Grainne oversees all of the firm’s business functions including Business Development, Staff training and development, IT, Marketing, Events, HR, business management, First-Aid, and office maintenance.​

Outside of Grainne's professional endeavour's, Grainne is deeply involved in John Leggott College's Student Trust Fund Panel of trustee's.
