Grant of Probate

Our Wills and Probate team has unbeatable reputation in the surrounding areas for a positive and calming environment. We are friendly and approachable and will not baffle you with legal jargon. This department headed by Jonathan Fall, who will guide you through the process of Wills and Probate with ease.

The first step in the probate process is to obtain a Grant of Probate. This is a legal document that gives the executor the authority to deal with the deceased person's estate. The executor is usually named in the will, but if there is no will, the court will appoint someone to act as the executor.

Rands Solicitors are here to help you through this difficult process by obtaining the Grant of Probate on your behalf. Our involvement would be limited to the Grant, it would not include our assistance in respect of any administration.

We are genuine and positive. We can make a difference. We will be there for you.
