This department is headed by Jonathan Fall, who will guide you through the process of Wills and Probate with ease.

Our costs: £600 + VAT = £660

Disbursements: £273 (court fee) + £1.50 per copy

TOTAL: £933.00 [plus £1.50 for each copy if required]

  For excepted estates (below IHT threshold) the prices are as above.

For taxable estates (where IHT is payable) our prices are from £1,000 plus VAT plus disbursements.
